Experience
Everyone in the Game Show Guyz crew has spent countless hours volunteering in our communities as youth sports coaches and or board members. We have planned and executed numerous large fundraising events prior to the idea of a Game Show Night. We know what it takes to throw big events and keep crowds entertained.
Organization
We pride ourselves on our organization. Every event we do has an agenda that is planned down to the minute. Our planning staff reviews and re-reviews every detail prior to the event to ensure that the evening goes off without a hitch. You cannot have a successful event without detailed preparation.
Support
From the time you first contact us through the end of the evening, we are here to give you the support you need to make sure the event is successful. Typically, we meet with our clients at least twice prior to the night to prepare and get approval for all aspects of the evening. Additionally, we make ourselves available for our clients day and night, so if you have a random question about a specific detail, just pick up the phone; we’ll help you through it.
